Recognising the talents of each member of our team is one of the driving force behind our success. Bakery and Patisserie professions are demanding jobs. That’s why we encourage transfer of knowledge (learning the baking process, choosing raw materials, shaping, …), as well as creativity, personal initiative and value teamwork. Bakers, pastry chefs, touriers and sales staff in each of our bakeries, are brought together by this simple but challenging goal : offering you daily high quality products.
