The same knowledge and quality requirements are at work in the preparation of our pastries and pies. They are daily baked by qualified personnel (pastry chef touriers and pastry chefs) in our bakehouses-workshops where great care is put in the choice of ingredients and the making of our artisanal pastries and pies.
